By serving as a central resource point, the Great Valley Center encourages people to work together throughout the region. California Connects Increasing digital literacy and broadband access in underserved California communities. Child Abuse Protection and Treatment Act (CAPTA) Child abuse prevention targeting Spanish speaking parents in Merced County. Green Communities Sustainably meeting the future growth of the Central Valley in a manner that improves the region’s economy, environment, and energy independence.
