This year’s theme, Solving the Growth Puzzle, focuses on the unique challenges confronting many communities as they work to accommodate growing and changing populations. How do communities preserve historic and nostalgic places, keep their downtown charm and still build needed downtown parking garages? Find out how others tackled the problem. Hear about successes and pitfalls and specific ways to tackle the challenge and “solve the puzzle.”
