Deadline & Implementation

Applications must be submitted by the new deadline of April 28, 2008. Grant awardees will be notified over the summer. Program implementation will begin in October and will be completed by June. In the event that the applicant is reassigned or leaves the applying organization, thus preventing the implementation of the program, grant approval will be reconsidered.

Application Process

The application process is a two step process:

Step 1 of 2:	Download and Complete the three required documents listed below. Answer ALL Questions in each document. Save the documents. Narrative Goals Budget NOTE: If you do not have an application which will allow you to edit and save .doc and .xls documents, Google Docs and Speadsheets offers a free online word document and spreadsheet application, available at http://docs.google.com/
Step 2 of 2:	Click the Submit Application button below after you have completed the documents listed above. You will be required to upload these documents with your online application. Be sure to rename the FirstName and LastName of each file. (Example: John_Doe_NARRATIVE.doc) *You cannot return at a later time to submit Step 2, if Step 2 is not completed, your application will be incomplete.

Once you have submitted your application you will receive an email confirmation. NOTE: Please keep this email as confirmation of submission of your Citi Success Fund Grant Application.
