Marty Linsky Faculty Chair, Lecturer in Public Policy and Chair of the Program for Senior Executives in state and local Government at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

Prof. Linsky is a consultant, facilitator, and trainer in leadership, ethics, external relations, communications, and strategic planning for a wide range of public and private sector clients in the United States and abroad. He has been a journalist, lawyer and politician, having served as a Member and Assistant Minority Leader of the Massachusetts House of Representatives.

Saletta Boni, Ph.D., is a Senior Consultant and Managing Partner for Leadership Consulting Associates based in New York, and is an organizational psychologist focusing on the development of leadership and teams. Dr. Boni holds a faculty appointment at Columbia University.

Xavier de Souza Briggs, Ph.D., Associate Professor of Sociology and Urban Planning at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.. Prof. Briggs is a former Assistant Secretary for Policy Development and Research at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, where he advised the White House, Congress, and local leaders on regional problem-solving, smart growth, and affordable housing and community development issues.
