WF	Workforce Development with basic technology literacy training and community outreach at community service agencies.
CTC	Community Technology Center Development. VISTAs support organization efforts to mobilize and create public outlets for accessing technology.
NP	Nonprofit Technology Capacity Building. VISTAs provide technical assistance and staff training to help nonprofits use technology to apply and integrate appropriate technology solutions to improve service delivery. (Usually requires more tech savvy VISTAs)
