Biography : Louise Bedsworth

Louise Bedsworth is a Senior Analyst in the Clean Vehicles program at the Union of Concerned Scientists in Berkeley, California. Prior to joining the Union of Concerned Scientists, she was a Visiting Fellow at the Public Policy Institute of California where she studied air quality issues in the San Joaquin Valley. Louise holds a MS in Environmental Engineering and a PhD in Energy and Resources from UC Berkeley, where she studied motor vehicle emissions and California’s Smog Check program.
